Istanbul Topkapı University

Istanbul Topkapı University was established as a Foundation Vocational School by the Council of Ministers dated 21/4/2009 under the name of Plato Vocational School and with 4 departments.

Within the scope of the studies carried out to train specialist professionals in different fields and provide undergraduate education in our country, Istanbul Ayvansaray University was established by the Ayvansaray Education Foundation with the date of acceptance of the law number 6761 published in the Official Gazette numbered 29898 dated 24/11/2016 with the date of acceptance of 16/11/2016 and Plato Vocational School. It was affiliated with Istanbul Ayvansaray University in 2016. Educational services, which started with 4 departments in parallel with student satisfaction and growth, continued with more than 60 programs in 2016, and the university was among the most preferred foundation universities with high occupancy rates.
